Luminex II & Luminex CSE Downloads

Updates for the Luminex II and Luminex CSE writers are available as a single download. Simply click on the available Build number below.

Instructions: Save the program to your desktop and run the program to update your writer via USB cable.

Diamante & Wave Downloads

Click on the available Build number below to install the update. 

If a writer is not under warranty or a protection plan, any fixes or corrections will be installed on the writer. Installed version numbers will end with the Build number. You will see either version 2.10687 of version 1.10687 installed on your writer for this update.

Diamante Only Users: In addition to your USB cable, you will need an internet connection, your Stenograph customer number, and the serial number of your Diamante. (The serial number is located on the bottom of the steno machine.) Please see the Readme file for more information.

**PLEASE NOTE: If you are updating from Diamante 1.13 or earlier you may notice a "Recovering..." message flash on your Diamante. This message may or may not appear. If the message appears, let the Diamante/Wave finish saving the files. These are internal support files and not steno (transcript) files.
