Stenograph’s Guarantee
Stenograph is confident that the products we offer are of the highest quality and that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a circumstance arise where an item does not fulfill Stenograph's written product descriptions, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item to meet our customary standards. Due to their nature, the following product types cannot be returned for credit or refund: computer software, content on digital media such as CD, DVD, or tape, training courses, Stenograph U access, Performance eValuator licenses, service and support agreements, and writing machines. All new writing machines include a One Year Commercial Warranty certificate.
Other products, if purchased directly from Stenograph and not through a distributor or leasing company, can be returned with pre-approval by Stenograph Customer Service if they are in their original condition and returned within thirty days of receipt. Textbooks may be returned within ninety (90) days of the original invoice date, provided they are the current version and in their original shrink-wrapped packaging. A 15% (of retail price) processing fee will be deducted from your credit or refund on approved returns. A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany any returns for proper credit to be given.
