STENOGRAPH ACCESSORIES (INCLUDED WITH WRITER) WARRANTY
Stenograph warrants all bags, carrying cases and other accessories (other than the writer’s standard tripod and charger, which are covered by the applicable writer warranty) sold by Stenograph to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. In the event of any breach of such warranty, Stenograph’s sole responsibility shall be to either repair or replace (in Stenograph’s discretion), without charge to the owner, any defective parts, provided arrangements are made in advance to send the product to Stenograph and Stenograph’s inspection shows it to be thus defective. If no defect is found, a charge may be made for the cost of the inspection, examination and/or shipping. In addition to Stenograph’s accessory warranty, Stenograph extends all warranties provided by the manufacturers of such accessories and will provide reasonable cooperation in the owner’s warranty claims to such manufacturers. This Warranty does not cover defects or damage arising out of damage, abuse, or improper use, maintenance or care for these accessories. This Warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from or related to unauthorized modifications, adjustments or repairs to accessories by anyone other than Stenograph or the manufacturer. Stenograph does not make, and hereby disclaims, all other warranties, including, without limitation, the warranty of merchantability, the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and other warranties implied by law, except as may be expressly provided by Stenograph otherwise in writing. In no event shall Stenograph be liable for lost profits, lost business or other consequential or incidental damages.
IMPORTANT!
Be cautious when choosing a bag for your writer if it is not a bag approved by Stenograph for use with your particular writer. Stenograph conducts extensive research and testing on the construction and materials used in approved bags and carrying cases. They are designed to protect the writer in transit and to mitigate the risk of color transfer or scratches to the writer’s shell. Off-the-shelf bags could blemish the surface. Stenograph cannot be responsible for damages that result when using a bag other than one specifically designed or approved for use with your writer.
Computer & Writer Accessories
These items come with thirty-day warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty period begins from the date of shipment from Stenograph. In the event that this item does not perform as expected within the first thirty days, contact Stenograph Technical Support for troubleshooting assistance. If necessary, Technical Support will authorize the return of the item for repair and return to you. Stenograph will pay transportation costs both ways.
