Why it’s important to log in
To see any special discount pricing you may be eligible for, you must be logged in. You can also update contact information, view order history and more, but you must be logged in to access these extra features.
In accordance with various statutes, Stenograph is required to collect sales tax on all purchases. Tax rates and terms specified therein are subject to change at any time. Tax and shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total price during the checkout process.
Quantity discounts are displayed on the pages of products with quantity pricing. The pricing will be applied to your cart at checkout.
Orders are shipped freight prepaid by Stenograph. These charges are then added to your invoice. Orders are shipped FedEx unless otherwise requested by the customer. Someone needs to be available to sign for FedEx deliveries. If you require priority shipping, call us to make sure your product is available for immediate shipping at 800-228-2339.
To view your order status, you must first log in via the link at top right. Then click "my account" at top right. If you have questions, please call Customer Service at 800-323-4247 press 3.
Warranties vary by product. Please consult your Stenograph representative for more details on specific warranty information. Non-Stenograph products are warranted by the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty periods begin from date of shipment.
