The Stentura SRT warranty covers:

• Repair or replacement of any necessary electrical or mechanical part.
• Express shipment of your machine back to you (domestic customers only). You pay for shipment of your machine to us.
• Writing machine accessories (tripod, papertray, charger and carrying case) under normal use.
• Business hours* technical support
• Access to our online Help Desk and Live Chat**

Warranties do not cover misuse or abuse, or custom, elective work on the machine. Consumable items are also excluded from this warranty. Consumable items, including but not limited to batteries, ribbons, etc., are warrantied for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
