End User License Agreement for CaseViewNet(r) Client Software
CaseViewNet Client software is a companion product to Case CATalyst(r), a 
software program which is used by court reporters to provide realtime reporting 
services to participants. A license is granted to use CaseViewNet Client 
software in a realtime environment with licensed Case CATalyst software or as a 
standalone product to access and interact with a transcript created by licensed 
Case CATalyst software. Any other use is prohibited. This software is provided 
as is, and Stenograph shall have no liability with respect to any loss or damage 
directly or indirectly arising out of its use.
  
Stenograph LLC is the owner of the copy of the software licensed to you and it 
shall be returned to Stenograph in the event of a prohibited use.
