Keep track of what you and your teammates do in a transcript
Your changes will stand out when Track Changes is turned on. Those of your scopist or teammates will show in color by name so it's easy to see who did what.

Now:
• All text editing changes, not just inserted or deleted text like some software, are tracked
• Can be turned on as a user option if you wish to use it
• Displays the editor's name so you know who made a change
• Dialog box can be hidden, displayed, floated, and repositioned to suit your visual preference
• Auto hide mode and hover your cursor over Track Changes to see them and have them out of the way when you don't
• Navigate to a specific instance to quickly review something more closely or make changes quickly without wasting time scrolling or searching through the transcript
• Track changes appear as highlighted text to indicate an area of change
• Changes are color coded by type such as insertion, deletions, etc.
• Track changes text will not print differently than other text and will not appear any differently in exported transcripts such as PDF. They are for your eyes only
• Track changes also works for edits made during realtime
• Track changes are helpful for quality-assurance purposes in a multi-user environment
• Track changes can serve as a coaching tool for reporters, scopists and students to assess the types of changes that are made
