How do I run the Case CATalyst updater?
[SOLUTION]
If you have an internet connection on the computer you are updating Case CATalyst, click on START-->PROGRAMS-->STENOGRAPH-->and click on Case CATalyst Updater.
Once the Case CATalyst Updater dialog appears (Fig. 1) click the "Install" button.

The Case CATalyst Updater will update any files that are out of date. When the Updater is complete click the "Finish" Button. (Fig. 2)
