	Reprogramming your security device for Case CATalyst version 11 You may wish to print this page to make it easier to follow the instructions. *Keep this window open as you will be using this screen during the reprogramming process.* IMPORTANT! BEFORE PROCEEDING: • *To be eligible for Version 11, you must be on a current support contract.* You can reach our Contract Department at 800-323-4247, x7600. • If you are using Wndows XP, you must be using Service Pack 2 or above to run Case CATalyst 11. • If you're running Version 9, please make sure it has been updated to 9.07 or above. - To check your current Case CATalyst version: Open Case CATalyst, click on Help, then select About Case CATalyst. - Learn how to run the Version 9 updater: Click here

	Please note: This version update is too large to download via the Internet. Case CATalyst version 11 is compatible with Windows XP (Home, Professional, and Media Center), Windows Vista and Windows 7. After completion of these instructions, the Case CATalyst version 11 CD will arrive via regular mail to the address of the Licensee on file. Please allow 10-12 weeks.
	Follow these simple steps to reprogram the security device for Case CATalyst version 11.

1.	Attach the Case CATalyst security device to your computer. Open the Case CATalyst program. Go to the Manage Jobs screen.

2.	Go to the Help Menu. Select Security Device Info. View screen shot See Fig.1

3.	After completing the previous step, a device information dialog box should be displayed. Click Reprogram Device. View screen shot See Fig. 2 The Call-In# will display in the same box. View screen shot See Fig. 3
	If you are using the same computer for Internet access and reprogramming, you may want to write the Call-In# on a piece of paper so that you can refer to it when you return to the Internet window. Do not cancel Case CATalyst's Reprogramming Security Device dialog box. To get back to your Internet window, use ALT + TAB or use your task-bar. Closing the dialog box will change your Call-in# and you will have to start over again.

4.	Type in your customer number. You will find your customer number on any Stenograph invoice.*

Customer #:

Type in the letters and numbers of your Call-In#.
If you are using the same computer for Internet access as for Case CATalyst, do not cancel Case CATalyst's Reprogramming Security Device dialog box. To get back to your Internet window, use ALT + TAB or use your task-bar. Closing the dialog box will change your Call-In# and you will have to start over again.

Call-In#:

(Do not type the hyphens. All 0's are zeros)

When you finish typing the Call-In#, click the submit button.

	After following the steps above, an access number should be displayed. If you are using the same computer for Internet access and reprogramming, you may want to write down the access number on a piece of paper so that you can refer to it when you return to the Case CATalyst window. If an error message is displayed, please recheck your customer number and Call-In # for errors. Retype the numbers if necessary. If you are still unsuccessful, call us Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, for assistance at 800-323-4247 or +1-630-532-5100. To complete the programming of your device, follow the steps below.

1.	Maximize the Case CATalyst screen/Reprogramming the Device box. Type your access number in the appropriate field. View screen shot See Fig.4 Press Enter.

2.	After successful reprogramming, the Manage Jobs screen displays.

3.	We will send your update via regular mail. Please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery.
